A notification of personal data processing has been submitted to Roskomnadzor (Роскомнадзор); the registration number will be given here after submission.
2. What data we process
The email address and user name provided at registration.
Payment service data from YooKassa (ЮKassa): payment ID, amount, status, masked payment method ID. Bank card details are not transferred to the Operator and are not stored by it.
Uploaded audio and video files and the results of their transcription.
Names of connected devices and technical logs of API requests.
3. Purposes of processing
Providing access to the service and rendering the paid transcription service.
Quota accounting, accepting payments and automatic subscription renewal.
User support and handling of requests.
Security: protection against password guessing and abuse of the free plan.
4. Legal grounds
The consent of the personal data subject given at registration in the service.
Performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party (the public offer of the service).
Fulfilment of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including tax legislation.
5. Transfer to third parties
YooMoney LLC, a non-bank credit institution (ООО НКО «ЮMoney») (YooKassa) — accepting payments and storing the payment method for automatic renewal.
Speech recognition computing nodes that process uploaded files on behalf of the Operator.
Personal data is not transferred or sold to any other third parties.
6. Retention periods and deletion
Account data is stored for as long as the account exists.
Uploaded files and transcriptions are stored until the user deletes them.
Payment data is stored for the periods established by the legislation on accounting.
A request to delete the account and related data is sent to admin@nizamov.school.
7. Rights of the personal data subject
To obtain information about the processing of their personal data.
To demand that the data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, incorrect or unlawfully obtained.
To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
To appeal against the actions of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court.
