Terms of Use

1. Acceptable use

The service is intended for transcribing audio and video to which the user holds the rights or which the user is authorized to process.

It is prohibited to upload materials whose distribution is prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Attempts to circumvent technical restrictions are prohibited: automated guessing of credentials, load scanning of the API, circumventing the request limit.

2. Protection of the Free plan against abuse

The Free plan quota is tied to a verified account, not to a device: reinstalling the app or using a new device does not renew the quota.

Registering several accounts to circumvent the daily limit constitutes abuse and is grounds for restricting access.

3. Account suspension

An account is suspended for violating the acceptable use rules, abusing the free plan, or for actions that threaten the operation of the service.

Suspension for abuse does not entail a refund of payment for the current period.

A suspension decision can be appealed by writing to admin@nizamov.school.

4. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". No guaranteed level of availability (SLA) is established.

Scheduled maintenance is carried out with prior notice on the site, whenever possible.

Processing limits: one file no longer than 3 hours.
