Voice notes that turn into text right away
Press record in the app and say your thought: the note appears as text, and if AI text processing is turned on in settings, with structure right away: headings and lists, in Markdown. An app for Android, Windows and macOS, and a plugin for Obsidian.
How to make a voice note
1. Press record
In the app on your computer or phone, press the record button. On a computer, the Ctrl+Shift+A hotkey also starts recording, and Esc cancels it.
2. Say your thought
The recording goes to our GPU server. The model adds punctuation and capital letters, so the note arrives as text, not one solid line.
3. Get a note with structure
If AI text processing is turned on in the app settings, the note is laid out with headings and lists right away, in Markdown. Without it the note is saved as the recognised text, and you can apply a template to it by hand. What you dictate is saved in the app history.
Note templates
What you dictate can become a ready document: meeting minutes, a task list, a letter, a post. Pick a template in a note in the app on your computer or phone: the result replaces the note text or becomes a new note.

The Obsidian plugin dictates at the cursor in a note and keeps your Voisee notes in two-way sync with your vault.
- Voisee notes live in the Voisee folder of your vault.
- Dictation is the microphone button in the left ribbon.
- Download the plugin from the download page, unpack it into .obsidian/plugins/ of your vault and enable it.
On your computer
The same notes and templates are in the Windows and macOS app. It lives in the system tray: press Ctrl+Shift+A and speak.
